You always have a 30-day right of return after receiving your order. During this period you can return your order and get a full refund. You are responsible for the return costs as well as any shipping costs paid in connection with the order. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept it or collect it.

To return your order, please send an e-mail to contact@octoberstudio.dk before returning the products. Remember to include your order number. We will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The items to be returned must be unused and sent safely in their original packaging as they were received on delivery.

Once October Studio has received the returned items and confirmed their condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used when the order was originally placed.
